Put those gorgeous handmade resin paste papers to use and create a fun stacked resin paper ring. Because paper is waterproof and so much more durable after its been resined, it's a wonderful medium to include in your jewelry work. Techniques include how to properly reinforce your papers and connect them to your projects for long-lasting wear ability, punching metal to create a handmade bezel, dapping and shaping and proper cold-connection to ring shank
Kit fee of $20 payable to instructor at the beginning of class includes: Copper sheet, enameled disc for color, nuts and screws, eyelets, heishi beads and spacer beads
Supply List:
- metal shears or jeweler's saw
- small anvil or steel bench block with mat or towel to dissipate noise
- chain nose pliers
- flush wire cutters
- round nose pliers
- jewelry hammer
- metal files
- ball peen hammer (hammer with a rounded edge on one side)
- center punch or eyelet setter
- scissors
