Lynda Abare
Lynda Abare hails from the high desert -- north of Phoenix, Arizona. Her longtime dream of a simple desert house surrounded by wildlife and desert flora came true and provides ample inspiration and motivation for her newest venture, "5 Acre Arts... an Artist Collective". Lynda is an accomplished artist in a variety of media including altered art, bead weaving, calligraphy, handmade books/journals, photography, and metal embossing. In 2005, Lynda was certified by MercArt USA in "Repujado", the art of metal embossing. She teaches various metal and paper arts classes at Ink It! in Gilbert, Arizona. This year Lynda has taken her love for metal and the paper arts "on the road" and is currently traveling and teaching.
