Karyn Gartel
Karyn Gartel is a self-taught mixed media artist from northern Canada . Since she has no formal training, her classes are known for projects that “real people” can achieve without too much stress. You won’t find any high-tech terminology or complex techniques here; in fact, you might hear a lot of words like smoosh, slather, and glob…along with frequent use of the Canadian “eh”. Students of all levels are encouraged to take time to explore and discover the artist that is waiting to come out and play. The end result is a comfortable, relaxed, and playful atmosphere aimed at letting YOU discover your creative potential.
