Susan Lenart Kazmer is a mixed media, found object and metals artist and award winning jewelry designer. Author of “Getting Attached, a handbook of cold joins and attachments”. She is recently involved with the American Fine Craft Council and received the 2006 award of “Most innovative use of the medium” from Robert Lui of Ornament Magazine. Susan’s recent work includes a series of framed circus performers with removable and wearable jewelry. Her work has been included in museum exhibits throughout the country such as the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. , Art Institute in New York . Lapidary Journal states, “Kazmer is a pioneer in the field of patination”.
