Barbara Mathiessen
Barbara has a specialized degree from an interior design school and worked for a design firm before entering the industry as a full time free lance designer. She has written 43 booklets, contributed to 19 multi-artist books and has done countless designs for magazines. Recent books include: Collage Creations and Altered Book Collage. While continuing to design for publication, she also works for manufacturers, developing kits, projects sheets and sales models. As a teacher she has taught various mediums at retreats, trade shows and conferences. TV experience includes two recent Craft Lab programs.
