Katherine England was born in Hawaii and spent her younger years in the bay area and Minnesota. She is an internationally exhibiting artist who has taught in schools and in art retreats across the United States, Europe, Mexico and Canada for nearly two decades. Literally thousands of children have benefited from her instruction via numerous projects and through her role as a teaching artist in Fullerton School District's AEMDD grant Project CREATE. While Ms England is a passionate activist for art education in the public school system, she also creates public works of art. Her more than 28 public pieces include sculpture, as well as glass or painted murals, and can be seen throughout Southern California, Utah and Alaska.
