Expand your perceptions by adding two paintings on top of each other. This class will result in some amazing art that you create using acrylic on panel and then add another transparent painting on Plexiglas on top. You will connect the two with fasteners that will also work as a stand-off for hanging the art. Imagine that the clouds are really creating shadows as the light passes through the first layer. The water shimmers behind the tress in the foreground and the abstract textures are multidimensional. You will learn about some unusual materials that can spark new ideas for future projects. This is a fascinating way to work with composition and color mixing.
